Sending email even when email template is inactive

It sends email even if email template is inactive.
You can check it with inactivating any email template in AP. It sends email anyway.

There was no problem with flynax 4.7, but it exists in 4.8.2 or maybe less.
I have a fast solution. Flynax team should confirm.

Solution:Go to includes/classes/rlMail.class.php
