Multi-field not display the second data

On my new version I ad the Multi-field plugin to activated the option to select:
->Make
&
->Model
for phone as ex. ( Apple -> Iphone 6)

In the "Listing Form Builder" I ad the 2 options. Edit a listings the 2 option s are display.

But the error now is, it is not display on the front end.

Do you now why?

Stephane, when ever adding new levels / setting up multi levels you also need to go into refresh and select these options for it all to sync up

MultiField: Rebuild Multi Fields (Add missing fields)
MultiField: Refresh Paths
MultiField: Rebuild cache

try that and it should be fine
