Duolicate URLs SEO Problem

Hi!

can anyone tell me please, why I get these kind of URL Duplicates when I check my site with different SEO Tools:

sitename/listingtype.html
and then again
sitename/listingtype/.html

Is there any way to get rid of this duplicate URLs with the Slash?
