Listings export/import plugin?

Hello

I have a website on a top domain escortae.xxx.
I am currently working on a new version installed on escortae.xxx/v2.
I would like to import the listings from top domain to my v2, then move the v2 to the top domain (to keep all new settings on v2).
Is there any easy way or an existing plugin able to do this?
