Display Year range with Mount just at front for Cars

I like to ask if it is possible to display the Year range with the mount at front
ex: 06 / 2018 year

I try different possibility, but no one display it like that example

For that, you need to use Date type for your listing field to display the built date in a proper format

because the Year field supports only year values
