Account activation via email

How to make the user can log in to your account only after activates it via email?
Now after registration you can log in to your account without activation
In the settings - Confirmation account e-mail

You can configure it in Admin Panel >> Accounts Types click edit icon for some account type and then find 'Settings' config group.
