You can display listings for entire site buy getting the code through admin/plugins section/remote ads.
I would like this plugin to have a search feature, then users can search from another site rather than just seeing the latest so many ads

I have the plugin, I don't know how to skip the top field that requires to pick a user. I need to be able to display listings from everyone, would you know how to?

I really get one. Or any filtering option will be fine for me.

You can set any user in this field then take 'Box code' find in code account_id=2 remove it and then use this code.
For example:
Code:Only registered members can view the code.
