How to set default account type at the registration and hide the selection

Hello guys.

In my case, there are 2 account types, 1st is Free Account and 2nd is Elite Account. How to hide the selection of account type in the registration and make the free account is the default type? the Elite Account can apply be the member or can set by the admin?
