4.7.1 - Redirected to many times on mobile !

Just downloaded fresh install of 4.7.1 Auto software(RED)..I open up the website on a desktop and all appears fine and works well, However, when I open up on mobiles, comes up with "too many HTTP redirects"..I've cleaned cookies,even reinstalled apps on phones(not just one phone), But whats happening its coming up on several mobiles and Ipads..So I'm guessing its something in the .htaccess file that's causing the problem. I have know idea, but googling the problem points me to the .htaccess file. I have no idea how to find it or to fix it..

Could you create a ticket of the problem?

Just to let you know, this is also happening on the new Auto Nova Template, too many HTTP redirects when you open up on mobile, also "under construction" plugin don't appear on mobile as well..
