Banner Issue in mobile ??

Hi,

I am not sure if this is an issue or not, but to me it appears to be one. When I am in mobile view, my phone or from google chrome inspector, and I look at a banner that has a size of 760 x 200 px in mobile, I understand that the width adjusts accordingly, but the height appears like so:

Notice that the rounded border at the bottom? The empty space above that shouldn't be there correct? I found that if I un check the height of the ad in chrome inspector, then it appears correct. How should this be corrected?
