Split XML Imports via Cron

Hello,

Is there a way to only import XML feed "A" via cron and not other feeds. I know that we can set a feed as active/inactive but i don't want to deactivate any feeds. Ideally, feed "A" would run daily while feed "B" would run on a different schedule.

For example, I'd like to run a cron for "https://xyz.com/plugins/xmlFeeds/import.php" and set an argument for the specific feed. Any ideas?
