Need to change only url in config.inc.php file from mysite(dot)com/new_site to mysite(dot)com
I made this change ,but nothing from my side any idea where is mistake? After change I have made show me again my old Flynax script.

You can try to make the following changes:
1. open: .htaccess file
2. "RewriteBase /" replace to "RewriteBase /{your_subdirectory}"
