Template modification

Hello,

Please i would like to request for a template modification. I would like the realty spring template: http://realty.demoflynax.com/?templa..._spring&remote to be modified for my Auto classified website:

I have download the template on my website but im not very good at css and my logo did not appear. Note, i don't want the state map, but i would want the RANDOM FEATURED beside the QUICK SEARCH on the homepage and the header changed to automobile images.
