These pages will not be seen as mobile-friendly by Google Search, and will therefore be displayed and ranked appropriately for smartphone users.

That's correct because you didn't configure mobile settings on Admin Panel >> Configurations or you should use responsive template.

I found your mobile version on sub-directory. I think нou have to give Google to know where is locate your mobile version.
