specify path in mutifield entry

My multifield entries does not show "Paths"

How do i specify a path in multifield?

Do you mean urls on the site? Make sure that the filtering is enabled for pages in Basic Settings > Geo Filter > Filtering Listings/Accounts on Pages

there seems to be no paths in multifield entries, also the quick search on home all the dependant levels of country shows the same entry as "australia".

Have you tried to refresh the paths via Common > Refresh?

or create a ticket of the problem
