as per the title I have these things set, but if i go to the site on any other computer the site does not lock in auto detection, so i set a default country, the site still does not lock into this, it seems none of it works ?
is there something I am missing in setup ?

Have you tried to clear your browser cookies ?
also make sure that the page you redirect to is enabled for filtering and for "Add location to URL"
