I would start by checking the following:
- How big are your images?
- What type of image file (.jpg, pdf. png)

When you add a photo to a listing, you need to upload it first then afterward save the whole listing separately.
There are two separate buttons that need to be pressed to add an image to a listing.
- Select the photo from your desktop
- Button 1: Press the upload photo button
- Button 2: Press to save the whole listing button
You probably already knew this, but just in case.
