customize request on remote ads or similar

hello guys,

the problem dealers or brokers have is that they have to ad listings to dif classified sites, wich is fine but when their listing prices needs to be updated for example it is a tedious logistical thing for them to go and update listings on diff classified sites.

my question is:
is it possible to make the flynax script scan a dealers personal site wich has the same listings so when the dealer changes a price on his website tht it will automatically change on my site without him logging in on my site and update all his listings?

Like running a cron job to do that?
Connecting to a dealers site and scan his listings?

the remote ads is a good idea but i need a reversal of that....or something like that.
im also thinking about the database fields and how one can do something like this?

Wouldn't it be easier to use the xml feed plugin and connect to the dealer's inventory provider (vauto, homenet, etc)? Then you set the cron to run every 24 hours.
