Copy sections and fields from one category to the next?

I create 3 sections with 25 fields for a category. It works fine and I have no problems.

Now the problem:

I create 50 categories but I can't select a category(with sections and fields) to copy the sections and fields from the selected category to the new category like a mastertemplate. For every category is must set the 3 sections and the 25 fields. I must select and sort 1250 fields and add them to 3 section to fill the 50 categories with the same sections and fields.

Is there any other way to do this procedere automatically ?

We have functional for solution this problem,
Please go to Admin>>Configuration>>General and find "General category" line and select category where you added sections and fields.
Then sections and fields allow for all categories.

But other categories shouldn't have sections and fields.
