Search by Distance strange behavior

My Search by Distance is acting very weird.

If I enter any address that is less than 100Km from the current position on the map the map does not shift to the new location. However the Ad's do shift. If the address is more than 100km form the current map position the map shifts perfectly.

I have tried with Google Maps and OpenStreetMaps and both do the same thing.

Any ideas?

Not sowing properties by the search result on both Home page Search and Search by Distance. It's saying "No ads found in the location you specified". But some Properties are available. Please Guide me.
