Geo Filtering Lists not appearing in Alplhabetical order

I am using the plugin multi field/geo filtering and the list for US states isn't appearing in alphabetical order even though that's the setting in admin. Please advise.

Please clarify where exactly it's not alphabetically even configured to be ? I mean is it in the geo filter box or drop down boxes?

I see that there is customization and not default plugin on the pages you PM ed to me. Please ask to correct it who did the customization. It's not default plugin feature.
