Change payment method for the affiliate program plugin

Hello,

I want to thank you for the affiliate program plugin. That's a very good feature.

I want to ask how can I change the payment methods? I want to let only one payment method(PayPal) an deactivate the others.
How can we first review an affiliate account and then approve it or not. I think that it's a good idea to first check the website that will be used for promoting our websites.

Thank you for reply.
1. Now you cannot remove other payment methods via admin panel, i suggest you create a ticket and i'll change it for you.
2. Plugin don't have this function now, maybe it will be added in a new versions.
