adding regions and cities under countries

Hello ,,

This is my first post here ..

I'm happy to have flynax software installed ..i really like it ...there are some bugs sometimes ..but the guys are very helpful

my question is ..

How can i add regions and cities under countries lists ? " like a drop down menu"
or is that possible ??

and is there away to actually delete bulk countries ..i mean like deleting 20 country from the list i have ? instead of doing that manually ?
