Flynax support doesn't exist?

13 of June My site is down, opened a ticket.
30 of June huge delay to respond and discuss, I request an invoice to pay the flynax to fix the website.
18 of July the site still is not in usable condition nobody answer to me.

Analytics
Before the problem
Google 60-70 per day
plus 100 per day direct

After problem and huge delay to respond and fix the site (I paid to fix it)
Google 5-15 per day (penalized cause of not working site)

Please if somebody of flynax care of this name and the good reputation of it respond to me and help me to fix the site.

When you try to search for a example BMW, you got back all the make and models not only BMW.
