move site to new Provider

Hi.
I moved my side to a new provider. I make a copy from the database and sql

I done a new install as test, and works fine. But if I installed the copied files with all data I just have this error:
The 'rlListingNavigator' class not found

What is wrong at that place? (Is the latest version ! )

it means that the file rlListingNavigator.class.php doesn't exist in includes > classes

check it and upload if necessary

or create a ticket for the problem

config.inc.php the path may not be specified correctly. It is also a problem that only the copy is uploaded to another location, but the path is not modified. This is because it will be different in the new place.
