The same as your city problem if you have not added it to the submit form then it will not work. Can you take a screen shot of the submit form for the category your talking about it not working in.
Here's the screenshot of the bit showing the city, still not showing up in the details page.

But for this particular problem, I don't have a make/model field for autos submit form.
you showed the option in your first post being ticked, did you check the box to the right and if its there drag it over and add to the list.Quote:

for the city you may need to send in a ticket if its not working
