add a listing first image upload problem

When a visitor adds a listing, the first step asks them to upload an image. after the third step, they're again asked for more pictures to be uploaded.

step 1:

the problem is, the upload from the first step is never successful. No errors or anything, but the image is simply not showin in the listings pictures. The 4th step is working fine. So how can I just remove the add a picture from the first step? I only need the second upload functionality

that option would be found i think in the submit form found under categories / build forms

thank for replying, Pete, but even though it should be there, it's unfortunately not.

here is the screenshot of my "Build a Submit Form" page:

but I still see the Add picture part when adding a listing

pop a ticket into the system and grab a fix to the fault.

have done so already.
