Change set location on loading

How can we set for the website to load a specific location? Currently it loads via the country but we would like it to load via a deeper level eg. state level.

Use the plugin geo location and load data into data format and set state, city and town or whatever you like.

Thanks for your reply, we cannot seem to find this plugin for the flynax script? Currently we have geo filtering installed if that helps?
