Is there an instruction for a standard template?
when installing gulp, it gives an error that there is no /template_core/ folder
and the gitlab links don't work either.

Hello Shavkat, the gulp file can be used in develop mode only which is not available for you.
What you want to run the gulp for?

I wanted to use sass to edit a template for my project.
and how then to me to work with styles the template will change? make a template all from scratch?

The template_core is not available in Flynax Customer Area. You may remove any reference to template_core in you package.json and gulpfile.js and use your sass files logic for template development.
