Sorting form problem

how can I make seach and refine search forms to have an equal sort options?

There is Build Sorting Form and I put the price field in it.
When I use www.myweb.com/cars.html I get options to sort the listings by Date and Price. I think this is the default search form.
But when I use www.myweb.com/cars/search-results.html I get all the Build Listing Form fields as sort options. I think this is the refine search form.
I want them both to use the same Build Sorting Form options, in this case only price.
Can someone from Flynax help?
