Yes, you can lose the changes if you did it in the template folder. But move your changes from old to new template not too hard.
i am using general flatty at present. I will probably not change it now you have told me that. I want to put my logo at the top and change the colours to black yellow and white which are my corporate colors. Is this doable with this template .
