why am i having wrong entries in province and city fields , both of these fields are having my country name ( Pakistan ) in them

At first, you need to update multifield and export/import plugins to the latest version. Then check again.
did it but still same issue from frontend fields are not working accurately please check
Please create a new ticket with the problem. Out tech department will solve it.
