Browse form - field name for make/model

Hello,
I have attached one example of a listing shown in the browse form. The field Марка (Make) has value: BMW X5.
My subcategory field name is: Модел (Model).
How can I show both fields names Make/Model in the browse form so I would get Make/Model: BMW X5?

BTW is there some easy way to transfer all Make/Model cars from Category/Subcategories to Multilevel fields?

Unfortunately, it's not supported by default and some changes are required which can be done as a customization

also multi-field plugin doesn't work with categories

I just checked the import function for Multi-fields, it has an auto makes import option for the default car categories/subcategories...
