HTTP ERROR 500 When create new Content Box

Hello, need help to fix HTTP ERROR 500 when I create new content box after click add it's gave me HTTP ERROR 500 . I can see URL like this with error
https://www.mysite.com/admin/index.p...cks&action=add

I can add new pages but cant create new content box, i have one more website on same VPS hosting and in that website I have no problem to create new content box I only have problem in my new website just new install.

and i also have some problem with tab in admin panel I attached two images for your understanding

and for banner plans i have no add button

and i'm missing some other tab in alot places for diffrent things
and when I create new box in banner after click add button I have HTTP ERROR 500 error

How I can fix it please help

You need to create a ticket for further investigation of these issues

meanwhile, you can try to refresh the compiled files for admin panel: tmp > aCompile > remove all except index.html and .htcasess

Also, It can be problem in security reason. You need to contact with your hosting support about it.

Thanks Rudi and Viktor , I just create a ticket after try remove files in aComplie folder I have still same error.
