Listings not showing straight away after posting an advert

When a user creates a listing and posts it, the advert will not show up straight away
Is there a way to have the advert show up as soon as the user posts a listing?
I have changed my cron job settings to every minute and still nothing I'm still waiting for the listings to show.
The listing counter at the bottom of my screen shows the extra listings but when you click on the category it will not show the listing, and the category tree did not show the extra listing.

Make sure that the listings in the admin panel have active status after being posted, maybe not all the steps are completed or you're posting your ad as non-authorized user
