Create custom plugin for admin side?

Hi I wan to create a custom plugin in flynax which allow me to change some links on menu.
can i get the way to do it?

I think you cannot create a plugin yourself but you can try of course :). Because you should know many many things. Our hook system and php code and our code structure.
I cannot explain you all but you can open our plugins and see code and structure.
