Could not connect to MySQL server

I got an error, don't understand what could be the reason. I use Xampp server.

I think you'd better contact your hosting to find out the cause of the issue. Also check the error logs

My hosting is Xampp. Yes, this is a server error because Phpmyadmin also gives an error. I'm googling for a solution.
