Renew Package doesn't Renew

If you have an expired package in "my packages" and you click the renew button, you get the message saying this has been renewed however nothing happens. It still shows that it isn't renewed and when you go to add a listing it asks for payment again.
This is a huge problem.. How can I launch my website and expect customers to pay/renew their plan when they cannot?
What makes it even better is when they go to purchase a plan it says "already purchased" so they can't even click on it to update it. Then it goes on to say you should pick a plan... Yea No ****.
This is a critical update that also seems to go ignored.
