Monetizer - Error

I install the new plugins, do the custumisation.

As user I see the options:
Bump Up
Highlight

But if i select one optins I just receive the error:

Undefined Page

There are other mistakes
Does not raise ads

I suggest you create a new ticket with your problems and author of plugin will check and fix it.
Bug-fixes will be added to new version of the plugin.
