Get more details

How can I bring back the seller information in the Get more details content box? I know I posted this issue on the forum awhile back, but it didn't help resolving this time. Also, would I use the form builder to changes the fields in this content box? I don't want the attach cv field, but I may want to add other fields, is that possible?
