plugins update version problem v.4.6.0

Hi,

if update any plugin that show a new version
don't modify the data in sql table plugins to the new version :-(
the files is updated !

Where is the Problem ?

Hello Victor,
I didn't change anything, you changed things due to understanding problems. I took 2 weeks explaining to you, how to show only 2 numbers at the customization field, am even tired of this already.

Tomorrow if this is not done, just remove everything and put my site on default. I cant keep doing this like some little kid.
