Setting to Add WYSIWYG to Listing Descriptions

Where is the setting to add the WYSIWYG bar to the Description of a listing?

I noticed that Pete is using bolding in his Articles.

Go to listing fields-description-then enable html.

How simple.

I should have been able to figure that out.
