website loaded fine but when i click on internal links i get this error
Error 404 - Not Found
The requested file or directory was not found!

Try using the browser's back button and try a different link.

Did you check your htaccess file?
I had something strange happen with a fresh install. Was with one page dealer accounts. Even the page link said mysite.com/dealer-accounts when i clicked it it took me to mysite.com/-accounts for some reason throwing me a 404. I just re edited the page link in admin in pages section and saved and all was fine.
Not sure if your issue is similar or not.
If your script is on a subdomain you may need to edit the htaccess file
