Tell me please how i can move quick search form to the left column under login form?

Try to create new dynamick block (admin panel>>blocks) with type smarty and content

configure position and pages as you wish for this block (side left, position more than account block etc.)

Also you need to remove or comment code in template/tpl/controllers/home.tpl
if you want to hide form in usual place.
