How to remove the multi selection down the package list?

I don't understand why there is the option to choose listing or featured listing in the Upgrade Listing page just down the packages.
I would like to avoid this option because is not necessary

Hello,

Actually it can't be hidden especially when your package consists of standard and featured listings,
so user should decide what package to choose for upgrade and what type his listing should be

if you hide the options you can't select any package
