Add new listing form and selectable Account types at instant add listing

Hi,


I would like to separate the first page of the add listing form.
If you have more than one listing type with several categories, it looks not very clear.

Would it be possible to create one add listing page for each listing type?
An alternative would be an add listing page like this one: http://boote.de/neue-anzeige?app-plupload=disable
Where you first have to select the desired listing type and thereafter the category.

My second concern is, that I also have several different owner account types. Would it be possible to put the dropdown account types field, at the add instant listing form?


I hope you could help me or discuss if it would be a good feature for next flynax versions.
