In Version 4.4 Wide template the Claim Listing Plugin is not working, I tried uninstalling the plugin and installed new copy also but the claim listing link is not found in listing details page.

You need be sure that your listings have been imported from our plugins (xml feeds or import/export by xls/csv) or owner of listing allow to claim his listings (account properties in admin panel).
