Post An Ad page is not posting any ad at turkish pages

When I try add any listing at Turkish page , page is not posting a ad and it not giving any notice for missing fields. It is working at English page.
Also ad description field default English at Turkish Language.

I have a few questions for you: who and how did upgrade on your site? Because I see the old code in some files! But onto Admin Panel I see version 4.8.0 how is it possible?

My old version was giving error after upgrade 4.8. Then I download version 4.8.0 from my flynax page than I erased all old file from hosting then I installed fresh version 4.8.0 from zero. I didn't upgrade. I dont understand how my page old code? Could you say me winch files old code? As you see I dont have any ad or user account because of fresh install.
I just add this code for add country flag
