"Bug 244" Category change dont change the form

When i edit an ad and i change the category to a category with its own form,
it reloads the page but dont update the form with the form from the new category,

right now.
customer have first save the new category (http://prntscr.com/h3giu2),
then save the form with the new category (http://prntscr.com/h3gj0h) ,
then go on edit again to see the new form (http://prntscr.com/h3gj9j),

thats not good

why is the new form not showing after choosing the new category
