Data Entries Import plugin does not work correctly

I’m trying to upload a list of cities under each State, but have problems as following:
1. After upload; the URL path is Empty (see snapshot #1), so you have to correct it manually one by one.
2. When you enter and saved that manually; all words are starts with Capital letter and uses Underscore (_) as a separator (see snapshot#2). Note: It should be a lower case and separated with dashes (-).

On Refresh page in the Admin Panel you can find Refresh Paths option, please run it and it will rebuild it, no need to do it manually.

I will investigate why and why they were not built during import.
